How do I support a renewed Central Library?
When you purchase your tickets online, you are provided with a list of charities you can support. Simply choose Regina Public Library either as the sole recipient or one of any number of designates. And thank you!

Who manages the sweepstakes?
The sweepstakes is managed by Ascend Fundraising Solutions (AFS). Their website is www.ascendfs.com.
Regina Public Library supports sweepstakes advertising and connects with winners when necessary.
Is my personal information protected?
Yes. RPL does not share customer information with AFS or any other charity involved in the sweepstakes.

How does it work?
Online sweepstakes are a new offering and use digital and online technology for the sale of tickets, winner selection, and prize distribution. People obtain digital numbered tickets, each of which has a chance of winning a cash prize. The winnings are usually a percentage of the total funds collected through sale of tickets. The remaining amount goes to the non-profit or charity organizing the event. One of the main reasons that makes online charity raffles so attractive is that donors get a chance to win money while supporting a cause.
