Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to purchase one ticket for each participant?
Yes. Locked Library events require one ticket per person attending. We recommend a team size of 2-4 players for the most engaging experience.
Do I need a copy of my ticket to gain access to the event?
Please ensure you bring a copy of your ticket, either printed out or on your mobile device.
Do I need anything to complete the game?
We will provide you with a package when you check in. All you need to bring is at least one mobile device and a sense of humour!
Does everyone escape the Locked Library?
No…and that’s part of the fun! This game is designed to challenge even the best puzzle-solvers. Usually only half of participants complete the game within the allotted 90 minutes. Will you take on the challenge and become part of this exclusive group? Good luck!
Will there be snacks?
A selection of free, pre-packaged snacks and drinks will be available during the event.
Will I receive a charitable tax receipt?
Charitable tax receipts will not be issued automatically. For questions about charitable receipts, contact Kate Scheurwater at kscheurwater@reginalibrary.ca.
